BRN (Broker Registration Number), ORN (Office Registration Number), Trakheesi permit numbers, years of experience, languages, areas of expertise, agency affiliation, and professional verification status.

Financial and investment data (investors)

Declared investment capital, preferred currency, capital range, preferred property types, preferred zones, buying timeline, and purchase intent.

Portfolio and transaction data

Properties published, assets acquired, deals closed, Total Closed Value, Assets Under Management, and any assets manually added to your portfolio.

Communications data

Messages sent through the platform's Inbox, Deal Room conversations, and system notifications.

Usage data

Pages visited, listings viewed, opportunities opened, distribution metrics (who received, opened, and engaged with your listings), and platform activity logs.

Your Capital Card (accessible at blackveron.com/card/username) and shared property listings (accessible at blackveron.com/AssetSpotlight) are publicly accessible without login and may be viewed by anyone with the link.

Third-party service providers

• Cloud infrastructure — third-party cloud providers store and process your data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements
